New from Zagware: Tracker

Know which parts of your software the agents designed.

Coding agents make design calls nobody asked for. Git shows what changed, never who decided. Tracker keeps one linked record from your words to the commits that shipped, and marks every decision human, delegated, inferred or autonomous.

Tracker overview of the Harbour sample: 42 decisions split into 11 human, 7 delegated, 10 inferred and 14 autonomous; 4 drifting; and an incident traced back to the human request behind it
Why Tracker

Review decisions, not diffs.

You own what and why. Agents own how, and say so.

See who decided

Every decision carries its origin: ● human, ◐ delegated, ○ inferred or ◆ autonomous. In our public sample, 14 of 42 decisions were the agents' alone.

Answer once

Agents' questions land in one Inbox with options and a recommendation; the risky decisions they made alone wait there for your review.

Trace to cause

Issues link to the change and the decision behind them, back to the human words they came from.

Prove it

A hash-chained ledger with public signed checkpoints that a client or auditor can verify without trusting us.

Tracker — Decision provenance for agent-built software

The record of what your coding agents were asked, what they asked back, and what they decided on their own. Works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI, VS Code Copilot and omp over MCP, and with GitHub through a read-only App.

Zagware Scanner — Code Security Scanning

Free, open-source, and self-hostable. Zagware Scanner runs on every pull request across GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps — combining KICS (IaC), Grype (SCA/dependency CVEs), and betterleaks (secrets) into one container, and diffing by fingerprint so you only see findings the PR introduces.

About

Zagware is a Belfast software company building tools for engineering teams. Our focus is Tracker: as coding agents take on more of the work, teams need to know which parts of their software a person decided and which an agent designed on its own, and to prove it to a client or an auditor. Tracker is live at tracker.zagware.io, with a public sample project anyone can browse.

We also make Zagware Scanner: free, open-source security scanning for pull requests.
